Our Insulation Services Include:

Must be a home with gas or electric heat provided by Puget Sound Energy. Does not apply to homes built in 1990 or later. It is for work completed between November 1st. thru Dec 31st, 2011. Ducts must have one inch or less of insulation currently. New insulation shall be R-11 fiberglass batts. Both duct sealing and duct insulation must be purchased in combination. Ducts cannot be in extreme disrepair; over 30% of the ducts must be accessible from the exterior and no mastic present. No ducts in the basement shall be sealed. Duct replacement is not included. Must include wall, attic or ceiling insulation. Not available for homes with a footprint greater than 1200 square feet.
